Concurrent French Studies and Education (5 years)
- Offered jointly over five years by French Studies and the Faculty of Education. Prepares students to teach at the junior and intermediate levels (Grades 4 to 10), with a particular emphasis on teaching French as a second language
- Graduates will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for teaching French as a Second Language in the English language school system (Public or Separate) at the junior-intermediate level and fulfill the requirements for certification by the Ontario College of Teachers
- This combined program offers students the opportunity to begin practice teaching and working towards teaching
