WES (World Evaluation Services) - no cost registration for first-time users:
For applicants whose native language is not English, a satisfactory score on an English proficiency test is required.
Applicants are exempt from submitting an English language proficiency examination score if any one of the following conditions is true:
- Within the past two years you have completed a university degree at a Canadian institution.
- Within the past two years you have completed a university degree at an institution where English was the primary language of instruction, as indicated on our exemption list*

*India and Bangladesh: completion of both a Bachelor's (three-year) and a Master's or a Bachelor's degree requiring four years of study (e.g., B.Pharm., M.B.B.S., B.Tech., B.Eng., or B.Arch).
*Pakistan: completion of both Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in all disciplines except 4 or 5 year technical degree. e.g., B. Pharm.
