Graduate scholarship payments for Winter 2018

Attention Graduate Scholarship Recipients

Scholarship payments are made automatically to students’ accounts at the beginning of each semester, once they are registered for that semester.

For Summer 2018, payments are scheduled to be credited to students' accounts beginning on May 2, 2018.

If you are entitled to a refund after the fees have been deducted you will receive an e-mail money transfer to your University of Windsor e-mail account. You will have the option to deposit the payment into the Canadian bank account of your choice. The refund must be deposited into your bank account within 14 days.

Note that we no longer issue cheques to students for scholarship refunds.

Refunds for Summer term scholarships will be available beginning May 11, 2018, to students who have registered for Summer by May 4, 2017.

A reminder that graduate scholarship recipients who do not register by the posted late registration deadline for each semester will forfeit their scholarship for that semester.

For Summer 2018, the late registration deadline is May 18, 2018.
