  • Deadline for recommending a PhD external examiner for students who plan to graduate at Spring Convocation

March 14

  • Last day to voluntarily withdraw from Winter term courses. After this date students remain registered in courses and receive final grades as appropriate

March 30

  • Good Friday – University closed

April 6

  • Last day of classes

SUMMER TERM 2018

May 4 

  • Last day for the final oral defense of dissertations, theses and major papers for Spring Convocation 2018; and 
  • Last day to  submit for format checking dissertations, theses and major papers to the Graduate Studies office  for students who are planning to graduate at the Spring Convocation

  • Summer term begins

  • Last day to deposit dissertations, theses and major papers for Spring Convocation 2018
