Spring Convocation deposit deadline and Phase I registration deadline for Summer 2012

Last day to deposit dissertations, theses and major papers in the Office of Graduate Studies (after being checked there for format) for Spring Convocation; and

Last day for completion of all requirements for graduate degrees under Phase I registration (Summer term 2012) of the tuition fee refund policy. Students who have completed all requirements (including deposit in the Office of Graduate Studies) for major papers, theses, and dissertations by this date are eligible for a 100% tuition refund for Summer 2012 term, provided that the student was registered in the previous term (Winter 2012), and that all other requirements for the degree are already complete. The grade will be assigned to the Winter 2012 term.
