Bio

Dr. Laura Wood’s research examines the ways in which sport can be managed to enhance quality of life, how people experience and negotiate constraints related to sport participation, and how sport can be modified to meet the diverse needs of people. Her doctoral work was funded by Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, Sport Canada, and the Ontario Government.
