Employee Recognition
Taking the time to provide positive feedback to our employees is very powerful. It sends a message that we value our employees and the contribution that they make.
Recognition can come in many forms and from various sources. It covers everything from saying thank you to the formal presentation of an award. Recognition can take place in private or in public and may come from a supervisor, a student or co-worker.
This site has been designed to promote employee recognition and to highlight the many ways in which the University recognizes the contributions of faculty and staff.
