Grant or Trust Funds Appointments

The following forms must be completed for Grant or Trust Fund appointments (Postdoctoral appointments, Research positions, Visiting Scholars, etc). The Policy Statement on Research Personnel can be found on the Office of Research Services website. Please note that these forms are for "non-student" positions

Research appointments:

Ex: Technical assistant, research associate, visiting scholars

Post-doctoral appointments:

For individuals how have recently completed their doctoral degree and wishes to extend their research experience under the supervision of a grantee. Post-doc appointment shall not normally commence more than five (5) years after the completion of the incumbent's doctoral degree nor exceed three (3) years.
