Logging into the Spam Filter Server and Releasing Messages

If you would like to see messages that are in your quarantine and release or delete them, login to the Spam filter server at, with your UWinID and UWin password. If you do not know your UWin password, please contact Helpdesk at ext 4440 or use the Client Service Portal and it will be reset and sent to you via e-mail.
Once you have logged in, you will go directly to the Blocked Messages screen and see a list of messages that are in the quarantine. To release a message, click in the check box beside the score and click the Deliver Message button. If the e-mail is from someone you know and you always want their e-mail delivered to your Inbox, click the Deliver & Approve Sender button. Their address will be added to your personal list of Approved Senders (Whitelist).
If you would like to view the contents of a message, click on the Subject of the message and the contents of the message will open in a new browser window.
