You will need your UWin Account (UWinID and password). Your UWin Account is your personal identification for accessing a number of online services at the University of Windsor. A UWin Account is required of everyone associated with the University of Windsor who plans on using online administrative programs and computing services.

These application systems have been developed by our Information Technology Services Department to allow for the electronic submission of final grades for each semester course. This new application will provide ease and efficiency in submitting, processing and uploading student grades, and will provide benefits to faculty members, academic administrators and to students.

The eGrade application process unfolds as follows:

  • each instructor electronically uploads the grade of each student in a semester course, by class;
  • the Department Head reviews and approves the uploaded grades and forwards them to the Dean/Associate Dean's Office;
  • the Dean/Associate Dean reviews and approves the grades in each class;
  • all student grades are uploaded to the Student Information System.
