Learning Management System (CLEW)

Faculty and Students: Login to CLEW at: http://clew.uwindsor.ca

Service Description

CLEW (Collaboration and Learning Environment Windsor) is University of Windsor's feature-rich, on-line learning environment, unique in its ability to support teaching and learning, project collaboration, and group interaction. Based on the community code from Sakai, CLEW offers faculty and students an open source collaboration environment that's polished, customizable and fully supported.

Use your UWinID and password to log in to CLEW. You will be automatically directed to your own personal space within the system called "My Workspace". Think of this as your CLEW virtual locker, where you can store files, set up a profile, check out your schedule and read announcements from all your CLEW courses all in one place. You will also see clickable tabs along the top that bring you to a list of all the CLEW course or project sites in which you are registered (Note: you won't see any tabs if you are not yet registered for a course, or the course does not yet have a CLEW site associated with it.).

If you have not yet registered for any courses, but want to see what's available, click on "Search Public Courses and Projects", and choose "any" to see all the courses listed by course number and semester. Some courses have their course outlines available as well as a short description. (Note: you don't have to log in to use this feature).
