

You are working on that long document or spreadsheet and run into some problems. Remember the HelpDesk is a call away. If the HelpDesk is unable to resolve your problem, they will further escalate the call by opening a problem report in our logging system and assign the call to the IT Trainer. The IT Trainer will then contact you.
