Test Scoring and Scanning

Service Description

Test Scoring and Scanning

IT Services provides the service of scanning test bubble sheets. Once the tests are scanned, a Test Scoring program is used to mark the scanned tests and generate reports on the results.

This is done by the Operations department in IT Services and all requests should be submitted at the Service Counter on the first floor of the University Computing Centre. When a scanning job is submitted, a receipt is issued which must be turned in to get your scanned work back.

The current Service Level Agreement for scantron requests are as follows:

Test Requests have prioity over Evaluations, with Tests to be completed and ready for pick up within 24 hours.
Evaluation Requests will be completed and the forms returned within 1 week.

For more information, please go to the Test Scoring Web Page.
