Blackboard Collaborate Maintenance February 15 4-8am

Blackboard will be performing maintenance which will affect users of the Virtual Classroom ( both Classic and Ultra) on February 15 2019 from 4am-8am

They anticipate the maintenance to be complete by 8am, however if you notice any issues with the Virtual Classroom, please submit a service request so we can investigate.

Blackboard itself will be operational through this maintenance window ( outside of the regular 5-6am downtime)

Network maintenance in Welcome Centre Feb 14 6:00-8:00am

IT Services will be performing wireless network maintenance in the Welcome Centre from 6:00-8:00am Thursday February 14. During this time, the wireless network in the Welcome Centre will be unavailable for 15-30 minutes while the system software is updated. All wireless network services will be offline, including the data network, Xerox printing and SpectraLink phones.

If there are still issues using wireless after 8:00am, please contact the IT ServiceDesk at ext. 4440.

Wireless Upgrade

Wireless is being upgraded on campus at 6:00AM. There will a brief 15 minute outage during this process.

Network maintenance Fri Jan 18 5:30-7:30am

IT Services will be performing network maintenance Friday January 18, 2019 from 5:30-7:30am. During this time, Blackboard will be unavailable and access to Internet may be interrupted. Other services may also be affected, such as GoPrint, vending machines and laundry.

If you continue to experience network problems after 8:00am, please contact the IT Service Desk at ext. 4440.
