The Hon. Douglas W. Phillips
Justice Douglas W. Phillips was recently honoured with the 2016 Department of History Kulisek Prize for the permanent historical exhibition he created and installed at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor. The exhibit features aspects of the judicial history of Windsor, including studies of the historic courthouses, and biographies of judges and magistrates since 1858. Justice Phillips has given this entire collection to the Province of Ontario.
