Windsor Law profs Pascale Chapdelaine and Myra Tawfik appear before the Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology

Windsor Law LTEC Lab professors Pascale Chapdelaine and Myra Tawfik, along with nine other intellectual property scholars from various universities across Canada, recommend a balanced approach to the rights and interests of both users and owners of works protected by copyright in their brief on the Canadian Copyright Act, submitted to the Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology.
