Windsor Law hosts 2019 Lerners Moot competition

The Lerners Moot Competition was held at Windsor Law on Thursday, January 17. 

The 2019 Lerners Moot finalists: Ali Tejani, Kristen Jeavons, Ashley Haines, and Christian Davies.

Mr. Masterson of Lerners LLP presents the top oralist award to Ashley Haines.

The Lerners Moot is a non-credit internal moot competition held annually in January and supported by the Lerners LLP law firm. The four top student mooters in the first-year law Legal Research and Writing Course (08-98-807) Moot Court Advocacy Program are invited to compete in the Lerners Moot, where a panel of three judges hears appeal arguments by the finalists in Moot Court. A Top Oralist is selected by the judges upon completion of the Moot. The judges for the 2019 Lerners Moot competition were Madam Justice Sharman Bondy, Madam Justice Mary Jo Nolan, and Mr. Masterson
