Graduating Student wins Law of Armed Conflict Prize

Third-year Windsor Law student, Marc Lampert, has been awarded the 2012 Sword & Scale essay prize by the Canadian Bar Association's Military Law Section.  His paper is entitled "Absence of Impetus: Examining the Doctrine of Reciprocity in the law of Armed Conflict" and was originally written for Associate Dean Waters' course on the Law of Armed Conflict.
The paper will be published in the Military Law Section's newsletter.
