Tanovich on similar fact evidence in sexual assault cases

Professor David Tanovich's article, "An Equality-Oriented Approach to the Admissibility of Similar Fact Evidence in Sexual Assault Prosecutions", will be published in a new book, Sexual Assault in Canada: Law, Legal Practice and Women's Activism, edited by Professor Liz Sheehy.

The book will be available from the University of Ottawa Press in March.
