“Tort Law as a Mechanism for Accessing Justice?"

Featuring guest lecturers Asha James (Partner, Falconers LLP, and Windsor Law alum) and Mark Strychar-Bodnar (Associate, Henein Hutchison LLP) who will speak about tort liability of public authorities, and tort liability in contexts of sexual misconduct & harassment, respectively.

Students will have the opportunity to learn from these two experts’ experiences in practice, and to ask questions about the use of tort as a mechanism for achieving justice in these contexts.

This is a required class for sections 5809-1 and 5809-2. However, it is open to all 2019-2020 tort law students.
