Justice at Work Conference

The Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor is proud to be hosting the twelfth annual Justice at Work: Public Interest Career Conference. This conference provides an opportunity for law students to learn from leaders in the public interest arena, and is designed to illustrate pathways law students may pursue to attain legal careers that advance social justice. 

9:30 am - Registration (Coffee and light breakfast included) in Room G101 followed by a panel featuring the following speakers:

  • Josh Ginsberg, Director of EcoJustice Environmental Law Clinic
  • Nana Yanful, Lawyer at Black Legal Action Centre
  • Ron Franklin, Employment and Human Rights Lawyer at Franklin Law

12:00 pm - Lunch and Keynote Address in the Moot Court:

  • Alex Neve – Secretary General at Amnesty International Canada

1:45 pm - 3:45 pm - Career Fair in the Alumni Auditorium (2nd floor of CAW) which will feature the following organizations:

Please register for each event (panel, keynote and career fair) separately on Symplicity. Students must register to reserve a spot so please do so as soon as possible as spaces will fill up quickly.
