Barton Panel Discussion

The Windsor Law Shkawbewisag Student Law Society, in partnership with the Criminal Law Association of Windsor and the Sexual Assault Awareness Committee, will be hosting a Panel Discussion exploring the R v Barton case and appeal. 

Please join us as we explore R v Barton, s.276 of the Criminal Code, and the social and legal implications of the verdict on Indigenous communities with panellists:

  • Jonathan Rudin, Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto (ALST) Program Director, Lawyer, and Professor
