The Shkawbewisag Student Law Society (SSLS) invites you to attend the 3rd Annual #MMIWG2S Red Ribbon Tie-Up campaign to raise awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people.

The ribbon tie-up event will be a week-long event held in partnership with the UWindsor Native Student Alliance (NSA). Each day, the NSA and SSLS will take turns leading interested students to tie 7 red ribbons across campus. Each of the ribbons represents one of the 7 Grandfather Teachings. The aim of the event is for it to continue to raise awareness as it grows each year. We will be tying up 7 Red Ribbons each day for a total of 35 ribbons across different parts of the law school and main university campus.

Dress warm and wear red!
