The Shkawbewisag Student Law Society (SSLS), Native Student Alliance (NSA), and Aboriginal Education Centre, Turtle Island at the University of Windsor will host a Mini Round Dance honouring the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S) of Turtle Island (North America). The event is free and open to students and the public and will be held in the CAW Student Centre at the University of Windsor.
Please join us as we dance, share a meal, listen to Indigenous scholars and speakers, and honour and celebrate the MMIWG2S people of Turtle Island together with special guests including Niiyo-Noodin Noojmo Dewegan (Four Winds Healing Drum), singer Theresa Sims, and more.
