The Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice does not require copyright to be assigned for work published in the Yearbook. We do require the author to sign a ‘License and Limited Waiver of Moral Rights’.
The Yearbook does require works subsequently publication elsewhere to acknowledge previous publication in the Yearbook.
