Getting involved on-campus can help to reduce stress by adding relaxation, fun, and friendship to your life as a student.

Year-round volunteer opportunities:

S.O.S. (Students Orienting Students) 

V.I.S.A. (Volunteer International Student Assistance) 
 

Small group activities: 

Catholic Campus Ministry - Sacraments and mass, Tuesday social nights, Wednesday dance/yoga, and the Sunday cafe

Canterbury College - Anglican chaplain services, prayer gatherings, student dinners ($3.00 with reservation), monthly cooking classes, and off-campus community activities
