Registration

Conference registration fee will include 3 days conference registration, opening night celebration, daily lunches and the conference banquet.    

NOTE: Conference registration does NOT include accommodation.
If required, please see the Accommodation menu options (on or off campus) to make an accommodation reservation of your choice.  

Please indicate whether you will be attending the Saturday evening banquet.
There is no additional cost for attending the banquet for all registered attendees, but we must know in advance to plan accordingly.

An additional option for those attending the conference is a tour and dinner at one of Southwestern Ontario's numerous wineries. Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery is a family run winery and a member of SWOVA (Southwestern Ontario Vintners Association) located in Essex county, approximately 40 minutes south of Windsor on the north shore of Lake Erie. Those who choose to attend will have an opportunity to have a guided tour of the facilities, sample a variety of local wine, and enjoy a delicious meal at the winery with return transportation from Alumni Hall on Friday July 2nd, 2010. Please be advised that all credit card payments will be in Canadian dollars.
There will be a late registration charge of $50.00 added for those who register after May 31st, 2010.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received no later than June 15th, 2010.
There are no refunds for cancellations after June 15th.
