The University of Windsor's Provost & Vice-President Academic Dr. Douglas Kneale and the Windsor Lancers honoured Lancer varsity student-athletes at a breakfast Tuesday morning for their selection as Academic all-Canadians.

From the perspective of University Athletics, the Academic All-Canadian is the highest form of honour bestowed by U SPORTS. The accomplishment of excellence in both academics and athletics epitomizes what Canadian University athletics stands for.

The Lancers are proud to have 88 student-athletes names as Academic All-Canadians – based upon achieving a minimum of 80% or a 10.5 GPA over full-time fall/winter studies while also competing as a varsity athlete.
