January 11, 2016: Congratulations to Associate Professor and Interim Graduate Coordinator Dr. Michelle Freeman, who was selected to receive the Impact Award for her leadership with patient safety initiatives. This award is part of the UWindsor Employee Recognition Awards Program, and its purpose is to recognize individuals or teams who have developed, revised and/or implemented a system, tool, process, initiative and/or program within their departments or across the University that had a positive impact. Thank you to Sue Dennison who nominated Michelle for this award, and to the other faculty members, students (i.e. patient safety champions) and external partners (WRH) who supported the nomination.
