Post Graduation Survey

In keeping with the mission of the Odette Career Services, our office outreaches to alumni six (6) months and then again three (3) years after graduation to determine what our graduates do after leaving the University of Windsor. The Post Graduation Employment survey provides a wealth of valuable information that can be used to enhance the services offered, to increase the employment and job market knowledge of the Odette School of Business, to identify success stories of recent graduates, and to provide direction for current students and recent graduates of the Odette School of Business.

The Post Graduation Employment survey has been designed based on five major goals:

• Assist business students and recent graduates in forming expectations and develop a career path
• Strengthen the faculty’s knowledge of the job market and enhance their ability to offer information to students
• Collect information useful to student recruitment and identify student success stories to promote awareness and inspiration to current and prospective Odette students
• Gain feedback on the career programs and activities                                                 
• Provide enhanced campus recruiting by determining which employers are likely to hire recent graduates
