Our faculty members possess the perfect combination of experience in both academic research and the real business world. As teachers, they are always accessible and student-focused. They will not just guide you in learning, but also challenge, encourage and mentor you. Hailing from more than 20 countries around the world, they bring unique perspectives and expertise in conducting business in a global environment. Many faculty members are also actively involved as faculty advisors for student clubs and societies.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Odette School of Business is its Dean who is further supported by executive administrators. The Associate Dean, Programs oversees the all degree programs and student affairs while the Associate Dean, Strategic Initiatives supports the Dean in special projects and initiatives. The Assistant Dean, Finance & Administration leads a team of dedicated support staff and is responsible for fiscal accountability. Other members of the executive team include program directors and chairs of the six business disciplinary areas.
Odette couldn’t function properly without our team of committed support staff, who provide service at the administrative, program and interactive levels to both students and faculty members. Support staff engage in a wide range of activities intended to provide stability and ongoing quality improvement for the School. Among the services they provide are: compiling course materials, organizing student events, developing course schedules, implementing School policies, maintaining IT systems, and counseling students.
