Today, and in the future, MBA graduates will need to exhibit the abilities to both make theory come alive in the marketplace and to generalize from the specifics of real-time action. That’s why we’ve completely restructured the Odette MBA program – to make it Canada’s most intensive, demanding, and interactive environment for graduate business development.

The Odette MBA program is comprised of an integrated curriculum that combines lectures, case studies, computer simulations, and presentations to prepare you for success in the workplace. This program provides a solid grounding in the fundamental areas of business activity as well as coverage of the newest business advances. During this 13-month program, you will be immersed in business fundamentals, then move quickly to context-based modules focusing on the core stages of the basic business cycle: new product/market launch, managing in growth markets, and managing in mature markets.

At the same time, you will interact through team based projects with leading corporate partners, such as Crayola, Citytv, Chrysler, BMO Nesbitt Burns, the Windsor Spitfires, the Local Health Integrated Network, and Valiant. A final module, at the conclusion of the degree, will allow you to specialize in an area of business matching your individual interests.

The experiential, interactive nature of the Integrated Odette MBA involves students, faculty members and business leaders. Working in teams – each with a mixed complement of academic disciplines, genders and international backgrounds to promote a greater diversity of perspective – our students tackle real life projects geared toward developing an understanding of business cycles, preparing them to effectively manage new ventures, growth-focused enterprises, and companies in mature markets.
