The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 (AODA), requires all faculty, staff, volunteers and 3rd party service providers to complete two accessibility training modules. The first module is Accessible Customer Service training and the second module is the AODA and Ontario Human Rights Code training. If you have not done so already, please complete both of the training modules by following the links below.
