This accessible customer training module is to be completed by all faculty, staff, student employees and volunteers. There are 3 learning modules and a quiz, which takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.
This module may be completed in increments.

GA's and TA's Learning
This alternative learning version is only valid on a pre-approved basis. The employee must meet both of the following criteria: fewer than a total of 5 hours employment in a semester and no direct contact with students or the public.
