After graduating from the joint MA-MPP program at the University of Windsor and the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Frazier Fathers worked for a year for the Fraser Institute as both an intern and contract researcher.
After returning to Windsor, he worked as a contract research for local not-for-profit organizations and as a Business Attraction Coordinator for the Windsor-Essex Economic Development Corporation (WEEDC).
Frazier currently works for United Way/Centraide of Windsor-Essex County, where he is Manager, Community Impact and Learning, overseeing United Way's community investments and conducting policy research on the challenges individuals and families face in Windsor and Essex County.
