The Issue

The ISSUE is an independent, not-for-profit publication on social and political trends and events, operated and authored by students at the University of Windsor.  The ISSUE is an initiative to improve awareness and active participation surrounding international socio-political issues at UWindsor, and endeavours to be a student publication that paves the way to social activism. It is a catalyst through which awareness and active participation is generated by means of international citizenship, leadership and public inquiry into various crises. Consequently, The ISSUE creates a turf upon which participation in social activism could grow from the disperse of knowledge, while potentially democratizing our media.

Many of the students involved in writing, editing, and producing The ISSUE are majors in the Department of Political Science, and the department is happy to support their initiative by pointing interested readers to current and back copes of the publication.  Please click here to go the home page of The ISSUE and begin reading.
