Let's Register for a Workshop! A Bystander Outreach Event

Wen-Do Women's Self-Defence (subsidized for members of the UWindsor community)
Date/Time: Saturday, March 16 & 23 at 9:30am-5:00pm (participants must attend both days)

Wen-Do Women's Self-Defence 2-Day Basic Course is a 2-day basic self-defence course for women and girls (trans and cisgender) ages 10 and up. The basic course includes a wide variety of physical and verbal self-defence techniques, awareness and avoidance of threatening situations, and discussions of sexual violence, relationship violence, harassment, and more. This is accessible self-defence - we invite participants to look at how our bodies work right now - without changing a thing.

Wednesdays with Wen-Do
Date/Time: Wednesday, March 27 at 6:00-9:00pm

Wen-Do Women's Self-Defence is a 3-hour workshop presented at 6:00-9:00pm on January 31, February 28, and March 27. The workshops are $30/person per class or $50 for two people - bring a friend! Each class is run as a stand-alone workshop. Register online for one or all!
