Windsor Welcome Week

Orientation begins for Clinical Nursing courses

September 5

Day and evening classes begin

September 18

Last day for late registration and change of courses for Fall term day and evening

September 30

Last date to opt out of the UWSA health coverage

Last day for reversal of incidental fees for course withdrawal

October 14
Thanksgiving Day (statutory holiday – no classes)

November 6

Last day to withdraw voluntarily from courses. 
After this date, students remain registered in courses and receive final grades as appropriate.

December 2

Day and evening classes conclude for the fall term

December 5-16 (excluding Sunday)

Fall term final examinations

December 16

Winter term fees are due and payable

December 24 - January 1
University offices closed for holiday recess
