• both first year and beyond first year (2nd year and higher) students live in this residence
• 2 bedroom suites with 2 single rooms (each has a double bed) sharing a 3 piece washroom and common area
• each floor has two common lounges featuring a microwave and cable TV
• main floor features a large laundry room and a kitchen (which can be signed out for student use)
• a coffee shop (The Bru) / convenience store
• the space under the beds in Alumni is approximately 10 inches

• Alumni Hall Lobby.The lobby features the Bru, a campus store where you can get a bite to eat, the residence reception desk, copy machines and a place to meet with friends.

• Alumni Hall Suite. The view is from the icon in the floor plan above showing the kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms. Each kitchenette has a 3/4 fridge, sink and eating area.

• The laundry room may not be what's on your mind when you want to choose a residence but it's important and it's a great place to meet people. If you really need to wash or dry your clothes you can even check the availability of the washers and dryers in this room. (Note - this link will only work if you're on campus).

•  The games room is more like it. You can enjoy a game of pool, watch TV with friends, play table tennis, or just chill out.

• The Bru is where you can go and get snacks and other munchies when the mood hits. There's even a deli where you can get sandwiches made to order. There's a patio just outside The Bru where you can sit with friends. Or you can chill out in the Alumni Hall Lobby.
