Electa Hall

• traditional style residence consisting of two sections, Main and Annex 
• located directly across from the Ron W. Ianni Faculty of Law Building
• the building accommodates upper year students only in single rooms
• study spaces are available, games room (including a ping pong table, large screen TV with cable, and many tables and chairs), and reading room with computers (including internet access)
• Main has three floors (no air conditioning) of single or split-double rooms (all single rooms, and common spaces of split double rooms feature a sink)
• Main has a microwave on each floor, common lounge with cable TV, and single gender washroom facilities
• Annex has five floors of single rooms (all rooms feature large closet space and a sink)
• Annex has a full kitchen, common lounge with cable TV and single gender washroom facilities on each floor
• The space under the single beds in Electa Main is approximately 7 inches or 17.5 cm in height
• The space under the double beds in Electa Annex is a minimum of 10 inches or 25.25 cm in height
