 Home to Beyond First Year students Clarky the Cougar

  • consists of two phases, with thirty three fully furnished townhouses that house 5 students per unit
  • single and premium single bedrooms
  • offers independent living
  • some units are co-ed (males and females assigned to same unit) and some are single gender
  • premium singles are significantly larger than a regular single and offers twice the closet space
