Retired faculty and librarians are eligible for a travel grant of up to $1,000.00 to help cover costs for travelling for academic development. This grant is particularly useful for attending conferences and similar events. The Office of Research and Innovation Services processes the applications on recommendation of the WURA Travel Fund Application Committee.
1. Complete details and the application form for the WURA retiree travel fund are available as a pdf version or a Word version for your convenience.
2.The completed form must be submitted no later than June 15 either;
a) electronically to WURA (wura@uwindsor.ca); or
b) by hard copy addressed to WURA, Rm G-119 CHN, University of Windsor, Windsor, ON, N9B 3P4
3. Applications will be reviewed by the WURA Travel Fund Application Committee and submitted to the Office of Research Services no later than June 15.
