Medical Certificate
Students that miss scheduled exams, assignments, quizzes or other for-credit assessments due to a medical reason are required to provide a Student Medical Certificate.

Most student services are accessed through UWinSite Student. Navigate to Registrar's Forms and Applications for help regarding:
- Adding or droping a course
- Exam changes due to religious conflict or three exams on one day
- Grade appeals (administrative reasons or medical/compassionate reasons)
- Letters of permission
- Second degree declaration
- Diploma reprint
- Proof of enrolment
