Guide to Providing Excellent Service

The University of Windsor is a place with a commitment to learning, discovery and social justice.  Its mission, “Enabling people to make a better world through education, scholarship, research and engagement” would not be achieved without the contributions of faculty and staff.

The University community is comprised of dedicated faculty, staff and administrators who are committed to providing our students and other key stakeholders with outstanding service. On an annual basis, they assist more than 15,000 students to achieve their personal and professional goals. 

The purpose of this Service Excellence Guide is to build from these qualities and to ensure that all of our service interactions are being provided in a consistent manner across campus. This guide has been designed to promote responsive, reliable and courteous service.
