OVERARCHING GOALS
Student and International Affairs operates on a continuing basis within a framework composed of the following overarching goals:

To coordinate a university-wide and comprehensive internationalization effort

To continually improve and adapt learning experiences to meet the needs of our diverse student body

To infuse learning-centred approaches and practices in all aspects of University life, including co-curricular activities, student development services, the campus environment and administrative practices

To systematically assess and continuously improve the delivery of essential, cost-effective educational programs and support services

To provide friendly and responsive student services
MISSION
The vision is realized as the staff strives to fulfill Student and International Affairs mission and support the broader mission of the University of Windsor.
In particular, the mission requires us to focus upon:

Development of a campus-wide internationalization effort

Advocacy on behalf of student needs and interests

Stewardship in meeting basic safety, health and welfare needs of students

A student discipline system that is fundamentally fair and focused on student learning

Programs of advising, personal counselling and career counselling

Orientation programs that engage all entering students
-
Programs that encourage student participation in voluntary service

With these values and beliefs serving as its foundation, Student and International Affairs is appropriately positioned to aggressively pursue the steps necessary to achieve its vision:
