Jacqueline Lewis received her PhD in Sociology from the University of Toronto in 1994. Currently she is an associate professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario CANADA. Her research focuses on identity and stigma management, health and legal issues, the impact of public policy on health and well-being of marginalized populations, and drugs and drug policy.
