2018/2019 Entrance Scholarship Letters

The Student Awards & Financial Aid Office will send preliminary and conditional open entrance scholarship offers to students in mid-March, 2018.  Our entrance scholarship program is open to students who have received an offer of admission to the University of Windsor into a first-entry undergraduate program and who are coming directly from full-time secondary studies.  Students must be registered full-time starting in Fall 2018.  Our program is available to Canadian (includes Permanent Resident and Protected Persons) and international students as well as US citizens. Conditional scholarship offers are provisional and is based on a student's minimum top 3 Grade 12 U and M level courses (final and interim) received to date and assumes the same level of academic achievement will be attained.

Students who will have completed their full-time secondary school studies in Fall 2017 should receive their final scholarship offer in mid-March, 2018.

All scholarship offers are sent via email.  If an email is invalid, a letter will be sent.

Final scholarship offers will be sent via email in early May and will be based on a student's minimum top 6 final and interim grades available at that time.

Final grades will be reviewed in early July and scholarship offers will be adjusted if the grade differential is sufficient to place the student into a higher valued scholarship.  Scholarship offers will not be adjusted down should final grades fall below the requirement.
