Keys To Cognition: (CBT) 6 Weeks

Session One- Tuesdays, 1-2:30pm (September 24th- November 5th, 2019)

Session Two- Wednesdays, 10-11:30am (October 2nd- November 13th, 2019)

Session Three- Thursdays, 10-11:30am (October 10th- November 21st, 2019)

Session Four- Tuesdays, 1-2:30pm (November 12th- December 10th, 2019)

 

Surf The Urge: (DBT) 8 Weeks

Session One- Thursdays, 1-2:30pm (September 26th-November 21st, 2019)

Session Two- Tuesdays, 10-11:30am (October 1st – November 26th, 2019)

Session Three- Wednesdays, 2-3:30pm (October 23rd – December 11th, 2019)

 

Good Vibes Only: (Mindfulness) 4 Weeks

Session One- Wednesdays, 1-2:00pm (September 25th-October 23rd)

Session Two- Thursdays, 12-1:00pm (October 10th – November 7th, 2019)

Session Three- Tuesdays, 12-1:00pm (October 22nd – November 12th, 2019)

Session Four- Wednesdays, 1-2:00pm (October 30th – November 20th, 2019)

 

Maintenance Groups: Ongoing & As Needed (Drop-In Basis)

(For Students Who Have Previously Completed Group Session or who are experienced in modality)

CBT- Tuesdays, 3-4:00pm (September 24th-December 3rd, 2019)

DBT- Thursdays, 3-4:00pm (September 26th-December 5th, 2019)

Mindfulness- Wednesdays, 12-1:00pm (September 25th- December 4th, 2019)

 

Please Note: There are NO GROUPS during Reading Week.

All groups will be held in CAW Room 240 beside Health Services.
