The Living Well Lancers volunteer program helps to bring mental health and wellness to the University of Windsor campus community. Volunteers can participate in a number of ways to provide the campus with information about the wellness resources which are available to students and also participate in a variety of campus-wide wellness events, activities and awareness campaigns. There are opportunities for everyone from packing SWAG to volunteering at events and information booths, as well as taking on leadership roles within the team.
We are currently seeking Team Leads!
All volunteers are trained to have knowledge on the mental health and wellness resources available on campus, after hours and within our community, including an understanding of what to do in case of an emergency. Living Well Lancer volunteers will also learn about empathetic listing skills, our Student Mental Health Strategy for the University of Windsor, and how to live well on campus…and in life!
The Living Well Lancers volunteer program is a part of the Co-Curricular Record program. For questions about volunteering please email the Living Well Lancers Volunteer Coordinator at LWLVOLUNTEER@uwindsor.ca.
