 FOOD BANK DATES

 There is a sign up sheet posted on the door of the SWSA Office (CHN G134) and there are 15 spots available for each day. If you sign the sheet, you also need to sign a Trip Waver which will be available during office hours (Monday 430-645 and Wednesday 12-220).

CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH

This month the WIndsor-Essex Children's Aid is sponsoring Child Abuse Prevention Month.

On October 8th at 8:30 am they are hosting a Pancake Breakfast at the main office (1671 Riverside Dr E) with a minimum cost of $5 person. The proceeds will go towards continuing the education and prevention of child abuse efforts of WECAS. Grab a group of friends and head out for a great cause!

Also, October is GO PURPLE FOR PREVENTION MONTH. The SWSA Office is equipped with purple ribbons from WECAS for students to wear around and promote the cause. Don't forget to sport your favourite purple ensemble and your ribbon!
